On Friday night, Firefighters from the Diputación de Alicante published on their social networks (Twitter) the end of work on the fire that started last November, in the green waste transfer area.
The intense extinction work began at the beginning of February, when the City Council announced temporary closure of the site. Now, after 3 months of burning and almost a month of action, firefighters have finally put an end to this awful situation.
