A sad story has broken of a 28 year old woman, who died yesterday after a 20m fall at Alicante-Elche airport
The incident occurred a little after 5:30 p.m. on a footbridge at the bus loading area.
A paramedic ambulance attended the scene and medics carried out cardiopulmonary resuscitation before transferring her to Elche General Hospital, where she subsequently died.
The incident is under investigation and no further details have been released by the emergency services so far.Â
