THE FISHING PERMIT
The fishing licence or permit of the Valencian Community is a personal and non-transferable document granted by the Ministry of the Environment of the Valencian Community, whereby the holder of the licence is granted the authorization to fish in this community. (Alicante, Castellón and Valencia)
The Department of the Environment of the Valencian Community issues 3 types of fishing licences, also called fishing permits:
- The river fishing licence for fishing in river, stream, swamp, reservoir …
- The maritime recreational fishing licence for sea fishing from shore or shore
- The fishing licence from a boat
For the exercise of river fishing in Valencia it is necessary to have a licence, which the fisherman must carry accompanied by an identification document. In addition to the fishing licence, the fisherman must respect the fishing regulations published by the Ministry of Environment.

To process the licence, you must send a photocopy of the minor’s ID and photocopy of the father’s or mother’s ID
