TRAM d’Alacant will be free one day a week for the next three months and will reduce its fares by half

Ximo Puig, president of the Generalitat, has announced that the Consell will soon approve that the Metrovalencia, TRAM d’Alacant and TRAM de Castelló transport be free on Sunday for the next three months.

This measure was announced last week as part of a set of actions planned to help alleviate the effects of inflation on Valencian families. Also, the action will be accompanied by a 50% reduction in the price of the TRAM d’Alacant.

The Generalitat says: “It will benefit 110.000 Valencian men and women who regularly use public transport on holiday, and, in addition, it will contribute to winning new customers of the Generalitat network”.
