The little hop on train restarts it’s summer journeys on the 15th June.
Starting this Monday, June 15, the tourist train in Javea will start rolling and for the first time it will route between Arenal, the Port and the Historic Centre, thus responding to the demands of merchant associations and favouring the mobility between the three urban centres of the town.
An itinerary with six stops has been authorised.
The starting point will be Avenida Jaume I, at the port (stop 1), and from there the tour will start at Plaza Adolfo Suarez, calle Cristo del Mar, Avenida del Puerto, Avenida Juan Carlos I, Avenida Alicante (stop 2 opposite the parking of the Trinquet restaurant), Ronda Norte, Plaza Marina Alta, Avenida Príncipe de Asturias, Placeta del Convent (stop 3), Ronda Colón, Ronda Sur, Portal del Clot, Avenida Alicante, Ausias March, Avenida Augusta, calle Génova, calle Venice, Avenida Mediterráneo, Canal de la Fontana (stop 4), Avenida Libertad, parking south of Playa del Arenal (stop 5) and turn again along Avenida Libertad to the Canal de la Fontana (stop 6), Calle Canal Norte and Avenida Augusta until you reach the starting point in Jaume I.
This route will be modified as soon as the Triana bridge works are finished and the direct connection between the port and the Primer Montañar is possible.
The service will have an initial schedule from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. during the month of July, lasting until 11 p.m. from July.
Stops at Puerto (Av. Jaime I) and Arenal (Parking Mas and Mas Supermarket).
We are trying to find out about timetable and fares and will update this as soon as possible.
