If you have not already done so, take a look at this very useful app. which is used to inform the authorities of incidents and problems within the Javea Community It has been available for a while now and seems to be doing its job very well indeed. 
“XÀBIA CONNECTA is an application of the municipality of Javea, communication and incident management in urban equipment and citizen participation. It allows the citizens of Javea to notify the council directly in real time, various types of incidents, breakdowns or damages that can be found in the locality.”
It is free and very easy to download and reaches the “right ears” very quickly. Link to Google Play for download
