Guardia Civil catch two men with hashish, marijuana and 900 euros hidden in two cans of Pringles.
They then arrested two residents in their early twenties from the Alicante towns of El Campello and Muchamiel, after a discovering this new flavour crisp!
The alleged perpetrators of this drug trafficking crime were intercepted by a patrol carrying out a preventive check on a road in Muchamiel . The agents identified the two occupants, whose nervous attitude caused them to suspect something was not quite “stacking up”!
Agents found inside the vehicle a roll of bank notes totalling 930 euros in one container and in the other eleven transparent bags with various doses of hashish and marijuana . The two suspects had put the substances in two cardboard containers, with a double bottom, in order to hide them and evade police action.
Both were arrested and released on charges.
