Notice about Javea local taxes (IBI)

The City Council of Javea informs taxpayers that, following the fiscal calendar, from Monday, August 8 and until October 24, 2022 -both inclusive- the collection of the urban, rustic IBI and the IBI will take place in a voluntary period. Tax on Economic Activities IAE).

Direct debit payments will be charged to the accounts on August 22nd

This year’s receipts incorporate the 17% reduction approved last year by the Corporation as a support measure for local economies after the pandemic.

This discount is added to the existing bonuses for specific cases, such as 50% for large families and 25% for three years (with a cap of 200 euros per year) for legal residential buildings that have installed approved systems for the thermal or electrical use of energy from the sun.

For those who pay by Direct Debit – these will be called for on August 22nd.

Regarding non-residents, remember that from this year they can be paid online (with options such as payment by card or in installments) through the Virtual Tax Office ( https://xabia.tributoslocales.es ) whenever have a digital certificate. From this portal you can download the collection document to be used as a payment document. In person, you can pay at the offices of the Collaborating Entities in the Municipal Collection (Banco Santander, Cajamar and Banco Sabadell).
