The chiringuito price shoots up… … up to 85,000 euros per year but still 12 offers made!
The businessmen seem clear about it. A chiringuito is a money-making machine apparently and so there have been huge bids offered in exchange for the award of these temporary businesses. Offers of up to 85,000 euros a year for one of the bars!
XAD was present at the opening of the envelopes with the offers of the seasonal beach services. In total, 97 envelopes have been opened with proposals for the beach bars and the sun beds and umbrellas on the beaches of La Grava, Arenal, Portitxol and Granadella; also the nautical services in the Montañar and the Arenal.
Of all the companies have put “all the meat in the spit” and have bid in style. In fact, for example the juiciest hammocks, those of the Arenal beach have been between 242,000 euros and 211,000 euros . The starting price was 175,000 euros.
But without a doubt the beach bars had the most offers: altogether 53 offers have been submitted, the highest being for the site next to the Parador.
