Although summer does not officially begin until the end of June, the meteorological summer begins on the 1st. Everything seems to indicate that the summer of 2024 will see new temperature records, according to the forecast of the expert Mar Gómez from eltiempo.es, where she states that “we will have a torrid summer in almost all the country, with temperatures that could be 2ºC above the usual in the interior areas, that could be more affected by the much hotter temperatures”.
