The Department of New Technologies of Benitachell, directed by Myra van ‘t Hoff, urges all residents to download this APP in order to be able to refer problems on the public roads direct to the City Council. A quick, agile and simple way for the City Council to find out about these issues which would enable them to solve them quickly.
For this reason, the council has made an explanatory video to help explain the download and communication process. You can find the app on the Apple store and on android devices. Find it as “Benitatxell Incidences” and download.
With the new app any citizen can report any damage. It will be as easy as taking a picture with your mobile phone, and with the Benitatxell Incidences APP, send it to the municipal services for its process and solution. The request will then reach the corresponding municipal department and, once the steps have been taken, the user will receive a notification.
A similar app has been working in Javea for around 2 years now and it appears to be very effective.
