Saturday 7 of September: Day of the Blessed Christ of the Sea
09:00 hours. Pilatrix musical parade through the streets of Aduanas with the collaboration of the Peñas Pili La Banyà and Liatrix.
09:00 hours. General ringing of bells signaling the celebration of the day in honour.
12:30 hours. Parade through the streets of Aduanas de los Mayorales and Mayoralesas and Comissió de Festes to Santísimo Cristo del Mar street. During the tour, offerings will be made to our Patrons in their respective niches.
13:00 hours. Festa de Carrer on C/Cristo del Mar. During the celebration, the JAVEA PORT merchants and hoteliers association will present the awards to the winners of this year’s decoration contest.
14:00 hours. TRONÀ in honour of Mar de Déu de Loreto on Paseo Jaime I.
18:30 hours. Parade of the Festival UCommittee to accompany the Mayoralesas and Mayorales to the parish church.
19:00 hours. Celebration of the Eucharist. The mass will be sung by the Parish Choir. Next, the procession of the Mar de Déu de Loreto.
22:30 hours. LA FUERZA DEL DESTINO musical show in tribute to the popular group Mecano in the Joaquín Sorolla Painter Walk.
23:30 hours. Discomóvil Peña La UCA on Doctor Fleming Street until 05:00 hours.
00:00 hours. ALBÀ DE LA MARE DE DÉU DE LORETO. Shooting of fireworks bouquets from the port, lighting up the sky at the beginning of our Patron Saint’s big day. Next, THE FOC OF THE SEA. Correfoc by XARXA TEATRE that immerses itself in our Mediterranean roots around fire, the sea and music with an aesthetic inspired by the artist Joan Miró. It will begin on Avda Lepanto and run through C/Virgen de Loreto, Toni Llidó, Doctor Fleming and end on Jaime I Avenue.
Sunday, September 8: Day of the Mare de Déu de Loreto (Local Holiday in Javea)
08:00 hours. Desperta (wake up) in the streets of the port in charge of the Festival Commission.
09:00 hours. General ringing of bells.
11:00 hours. Parade of the Festival Committee and the Music Band to pick up the Mayoralesas and go to the parish temple.
12:00 hours. Celebration of the Solemn Eucharist . The mass will be sung by the parish choir. At the end, parade of all attendees and deafening MASCLETÀ on Jaime I Avenue.
19:00 hours. Parade of the Festival Committee and the Music Band to collect the Mayorales 2024.
20:00 hours. Solemn PROCESSION OF THE MARE DE DÉU DE LORETO through the streets of Customs.
23:00 hours. Dance with the SCREAM orchestra on Paseo Pintor Joaquín Sorolla.
00:30 hours Sensational AQUATIC FIREWORKS CASTLE which hails the close the festivities. At the end, the dancing will continue with the orchestra until 03:00.
