Every year, D*na brings together the best chefs in Spain in Dénia, to pay tribute to the sea as an essential element of our gastronomy.
On Saturday, September 30th and Sunday, October 1st, an impressive table of more than 700 metres long, facing the sea, will travel along the Marineta Cassiana promenade in Dénia to show seafood gastronomy in its purest form. From the most authentic and native to the most avant-garde cooking techniques.
The sixth edition of the D * na Festival will be held on the Paseo de la Marineta Cassiana
Conceived as an open-air auditorium, the main stage – the Sea Stage – will host the presentations and showcookings of great Spanish chefs representing the lands of the Iberian Peninsula bathed by our seas. The best of seafood cuisine from all these regions will be shown to the public.
The L’Exquisit Mediterrani stage will talk about cuisine, the sea and wines, through live preparations and pairings by prominent chefs and winemakers from the Valencian Community.
One of the most popular activities at D*na, the cooking workshops, will expand its programming in this new edition of the Festival to offer a greater number of workshops, which will allow the public (upon registration through the Festival website) to learn about local products and preparations directly with the chefs.
The sixth edition of D*na Dénia Gastronomic Festival will also give the spotlight to local producers and restauranteurs, exceptional ambassadors of Mediterranean gastronomy. Through their sales and tasting stands arranged in a central plaza, all of them will offer visitors the most representative gastronomic products of the Valencian Community along with the creations of prominent local chefs.
