Benissa Sant Antoni Fiesta Programme

Benissa will be hosting the Fiestas de Sant Antoni from the 10th to the 26th January 2020. The programme includes the traditional animal blessing, an animal parade and market, wine and tapas tasting, classic car exhibition and a car market as well as a Medieval Market. Extensive Programme follows:-

FRIDAY 10th

19.00 Opening Fair of attractions…..Dolores Piera parking.

Hours: Monday to Friday from 6:00 p.m. Weekends: all day.

Day of childhood . Fairground attractions at reduced prices.

SATURDAY 11TH

DAY OF THE HOUSE OF SAN ANTONIO.

(Open participation to all groups and the entire neighborhood in general).

10.00 – Popular lunch. Tent in Parque D. Joaquin Piera and Ms. Mariana Torres.
11.00 – Pine entrance and rest of firewood from the Plaza del Portal, through the Purísima street to the Plaza Rey Jaime I.
11.30 am – Workshop painting masks to dance at the stake. (Children’s activity). Fountain of the Plaza Rey Jaime I.
12.00 – Assembly of the bonfire and tasting of typical and traditional products. King Jaime I. Square
2 pm – Popular food. Tent in the Parque D Joaquín Piera and Dª Mariana Torres.
4 pm – Traditional Valencian music. Tent in the Parque D Joaquín Piera and Dª Mariana Torres.
