3 people are reported missing locally in just one week!

Following the disappearance of 25 year old Desirée Salort on 19th August, who fortunately was found within a few days, there have been a further two men who have been reported missing in the Denia/Ondara and Moraira/Teulada areas.

José Antonio Pérez León, 62, resident of Ondara, left the Marina Salud Hospital in a delicate condition.

His family have asked for help in finding Jose who disappeared at around 17:00 on Tuesday 22nd August, after he voluntarily left the Denia Marina Salud Hospital. His relatives, when they went to visit him at 20:30, were informed of his departure and since then they have had no news about his whereabouts.

José Antonio is in a delicate state of health. He is of slight build, with a beard and grey hair. It is suspected that he may be disoriented and has difficulty walking. At the time of his disappearance he was wearing a blue polo shirt, denim shorts and flip-flops. In addition, he recently suffered a fall that left visible bruises on his face, which could help with identification.

If anyone has information or believes to have seen him, please contact the authorities immediately on 062 of the Guardia Civil or 091 of the National Police.

Concerned for his well-being, the family has reported him as a missing person with the authorities. The file was registered this morning at the Moraira Civil Guard post.
