My name is Jai Cyr and I am a certified Tai Chi and Qi Gong teacher. Tai Chi Chuan is an amazing form of exercise for people of any age and health. I adapt the class and exercises to each persons ability and needs. There are many studies that show how tai chi improves muscular strength, flexibility, overall fitness, the immune system, pain relief and in turn improves your quality of life.
