Jávea’s historic centre is preparing to host the 41st Craft Fair, one of the most emblematic events in the Marina Alta region, from 3rd to the 6th April.
During Easter Week, the event will bring together 75 gastro stands of artisans and will offer a complete cultural and participatory programme, consolidating itself as a showcase of the crafts quality and revitalisation of the town.
FOUR DAYS OF ACTIVITIES IN JAVEA OLD TOWN
Programme Overview
The festivities in Javea Old Town will span four days, featuring a diverse range of activities designed for all ages.
Opening Day: Friday, 03/04/2026
The programme will commence on Friday, 3rd April, with the traditional hot chocolate served to participants in the Stations of the Cross procession. This will be followed by the official inauguration of the event. Attendees can look forward to live music and a multidisciplinary show taking place in Plaça de l’Església.
Weekend Activities
Throughout the weekend, the fair will provide a varied programme catering to everyone. Activities include street entertainment, travelling shows, workshops for both children and adults, traditional music and dances, as well as a meeting of clubs and associations.
Local producers will also showcase a selection of foods, such as vegetables, honey, regional sausages, olive oil, wine, and jams, highlighting and promoting locally sourced products.
Crafts, Culture, and Tradition
The event is renowned for its focus on crafts, culture, and tradition, making it a well-established occasion in the area.
Additionally, the cultural offering will be enhanced by the opening of the Soler Blasco Museum throughout the weekend.
