I am Graziëlla Maselis, and I am a psychotherapist based in Jávea, Spain.

My approach is deeply client-centred and integrative, recognising the unique essence within each individual. I firmly believe that everyone possesses the inherent ability to heal from anxiety, stress, and trauma.

My main job is to listen, support and perceive your difficulties in your way and explore all the possibilities with you. Together we will reflect and make sense of what is happening in your life and how to take control of your decisions and actions so you can cope better with whatever you are going through.

You are in the driver’s seat; I am in the passengers. This means you have full autonomy of what and when you disclose of what is going on. I am here to guide you and make you aware of looking in the mirror.

I took courses and workshops in trauma therapy, somatic experiencing, somatic sexuality, integrative coaching and a 4-year course integrative psychotherapy with European accreditation.
