Sol Navitas is an Estonian manufacturer of solar ventilation systems, developing and producing our own technology since 2009. We are expanding on the Costa Blanca and looking for local installation and service partners.

Damp rooms, condensation and musty smells are familiar problems in many coastal homes, whether people live there all year round or visit seasonally. Heating and air conditioning can make a room more comfortable, but proper air exchange is essential to indoor air quality and moisture control. When ventilation is insufficient, excess moisture can accumulate in the air and building materials, creating conditions for mold and damaging walls, furniture and finishes.

Sol Navitas combines fresh air with solar warmth. A solar air collector installed on the exterior wall warms filtered outdoor air and brings it into the home, helping stale, moisture-laden air move out. This improves air exchange, helps reduce excess moisture and provides additional warmth using energy from the sun. In the Costa Blanca climate, autumn, winter and spring are particularly valuable seasons for this combination of ventilation and solar-assisted drying—helping protect the property while making the home more comfortable.
