Documentary about the life and career of the legendary Italian opera singer Luciano Pavarotti (1935-2007), one of the best tenors in history. This production is directed by Academy Award winner Ron Howard (‘Han Solo: A Star Wars Story’, ‘The Beatles: Eight Days a Week’). ‘Pavarotti’ combines archive images with the appearance of such important figures of music as Plácido Domingo, Josep Carreras, Angela Gheorghiu or even Bono to represent how the life of this artist was. He also has the testimonies of his manager Herbert Breslin and his first two wives, Adua Veroni and Nicoletta Mantovani. The documentary has images, videos and audios never before seen on the big screen and also include some of his great performances. ‘Pavarotti’ follows the artist’s life since his early years as the son of a baker who became a choir singer in Modena, exhausting the tickets of all opera houses in the world. Pavarotti has been one of the most successful people in the music scene of the twentieth century having performed duets with Ramazzotti, Andrea Bocelli, Elton John, Frank Sinatra, Barry White and even Michael Jackson, among others.
