The resolution, which is intended to be ready in a maximum of 48 hours from YESTERDAY, will be sent to the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community (TSJCV) for ratification and that it can be applied in the first FEW days of next week . If this is not the case, Puig has assured that “at all” adopting any other instrument is ruled out, such as requesting a state of alarm, although he has stressed that the resolution will be argued “sufficiently” so that it is not rejected.

Rising numbers of coronavirus infections in the Community and the sharp rise in hospital admissions compared to last week, have led the President of the Generalitat, Ximo Puig, to announce the ‘curfew’ for the entire region.

Puig has commissioned the Attorney General’s Office and the Ministry of Health with a resolution that restricts night mobility between 00:00 and 06:00.

But there will be some exceptions. And there are cases in which you can go out on the street . They are as follows:

-In case of working night shifts

– To care for dependent people

– For medical emergencies

The measure aims to put an end to the “bottelons” and night parties. The Valencian Government will send its resolution to the Superior Court of Justice of the community to validate it.

The Interterritorial Public Health Council that was held today has served for the autonomous communities to bring positions closer to the application of a national curfew. According to sources from the meeting, pointed out to Europa Press, this curfew or reduction of mobility at night is well advanced but waiting to study under which legal instrument it can acutually be applied – and if the declaration of the state of alarm is necessary for approve it. In this case, a unanimous agreement has not been reached, so the Community has acted unilaterally in the absence of consensus.
