Caixabank has announced that as of October 1st it will begin to apply a commission of 60 euros per quarter to its checking accounts, although it has indicated that it will apply reductions to said amount based on additional services (direct debit of wage slips, insurance, pension plans, etc.).
In this sense, the association warns that the new commission policy that Caixabank plans to apply will worsen conditions to maintain a current account, and may force customers to have to purchase other services, with the corresponding costs and also reducing their ability to pay.
Naturally, when you are not in agreement with the new commissions, you can research the conditions for similar accounts with other banks and move your business to one with more favourable conditions.
