Ximo Puig has today said that it is the will of the Generalitat Valenciana to lift the closure of borders in the Valencian Community on May 9th, coinciding with the end of the State of Alarm in Spain.

In addition, it does not rule out delaying the time of the current curfew, which is at 22:00; although he has made it clear that the Consell believes that it is premature to fully lift this measure. And he has warned that although some other restrictions can be relaxed “we must be very responsible in what we decide.”

However, the final decision will be adopted at the next meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission of the Generalitat Valenciana, which will probably meet on Thursday.
